- Grievance redressalHow to complain and what happens next: every complaint gets a ticket number and an acknowledgement within 48 hours, and is resolved within one month (15 days for partner disputes). - Cancellation, return and refund policyCancel free of charge until your order is dispatched. Tell us within 72 hours if anything arrives damaged, wrong or missing, and we'll replace it or refund you. - Shipping and delivery policyWe ship across India from Mysuru. Checkout shows the delivery charge, if any, and the expected delivery date before you pay; you get a tracking link on dispatch, and if we miss the date shown you can cancel for a full refund.Version 1, effective 5 Oct 2026
- How our partners workOur partners are local guides, drivers, hotels, restaurants and shops who recommend our boxes. We pay them a commission; you pay the same price either way. - Partner termsThe agreement between you and Mysuru Grandeur when you join as a referral partner: joining is free, you earn 10% commission on the boxes you help sell, commission is paid every Monday once the return window has passed, and you must always tell customers that you earn a commission.Version 1, effective 5 Oct 2026
