How our partners work

In short: Our partners are local guides, drivers, hotels, restaurants and shops who recommend our boxes. We pay them a commission; you pay the same price either way. They can't change prices or collect money, and they see only your first name, initial and city.
Many of our customers first hear about Mysuru Grandeur from someone they meet in Mysuru: a tour guide, an auto or taxi driver, a hotel, a restaurant or a shop. We call them our partners. This page explains, honestly, how that works.
Who our partners are
Partners are independent local people and businesses who have signed up to recommend our boxes. They are not our employees. Every partner has given us their identity details, agreed to our Partner terms and promised to follow our Partner code of conduct. Each has their own code, which starts with MG, and a QR code that leads to our shop.
They earn a commission, paid by us
When you buy after a partner's recommendation, we pay that partner a commission out of our own earnings. That's why they recommend us, and they should tell you so. When you buy through a partner's link, our checkout shows who recommended you and that they earn a commission.
You pay the same price
The price is exactly the same whether you come through a partner or find us yourself. The commission is never added to your bill. Partners cannot change prices or offer their own discounts.

You only ever pay on our own website or our payment link.
How to check a partner is genuine
Scan the partner's QR code or visit our website and enter their code at /v/ followed by the code (for example /v/MG7K2QPA). The page shows who the partner is and whether they are currently an active Mysuru Grandeur partner. If the page doesn't match the person in front of you, or says the code isn't active, don't go ahead, and tell us.
What partners see about you
A partner whose code you used sees only:
- your first name, the initial of your last name and your city (for example "Rahul M., Bengaluru"); and
- the order number, the boxes, the amount and the date, so they can follow their commission.
They never see your phone number, address, email or payment details. If you order again within 3 years, the partner who introduced you may earn a commission again. You can ask us to remove that link at any time. Our Privacy notice explains this in full.
If something isn't right
If a partner pressured you, asked for extra money, collected cash or told you something that wasn't true, please tell us. Use our support form, email [to be published] or message us on WhatsApp at [to be published]. Include the partner's code if you have it. We take every report seriously, and partners who break our code of conduct are suspended or removed.
