Shipping and delivery policy
Version 1, effective 5 Oct 2026
This version takes effect on 5 Oct 2026
In short: We ship across India from Mysuru. Checkout shows the delivery charge, if any, and the expected delivery date before you pay; you get a tracking link on dispatch, and if we miss the date shown you can cancel for a full refund.
Every box is packed by hand in Mysuru and sent by us, not by a partner. This policy explains where we deliver, how long it takes and what happens if something goes wrong. It is part of our Terms of sale.
1. Where we deliver
We currently deliver within India only. Checkout tells you if we can deliver to your PIN code. A few remote PIN codes may not be available, because some of our food items have a limited shelf life.
2. When your order leaves Mysuru
We dispatch on working days. The dispatch time is shown on the product page and at checkout. During busy periods such as Dasara, we show any longer dispatch time before you pay.
3. When it arrives
The expected delivery time is shown at checkout, before you pay. It depends on where you live: metro cities are usually quickest, and remote areas, the North-East, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh and the islands take longer.
The latest delivery date shown at checkout is our commitment. If we miss it, you may cancel for a full refund (see section 9).
4. Delivery charges
Any delivery charge is shown on the product page and at checkout before you pay, as part of the total. If free delivery applies, checkout says so. Nothing is added later.
5. Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available only where checkout offers it, and may be limited to orders up to a certain value. Any cash-on-delivery fee is shown in the total before you place the order. We may call or message you to confirm a cash-on-delivery order before dispatch. Please pay the courier only the amount shown on your order page.
6. Tracking
When your order is dispatched, your order page shows the courier's name and a tracking link. We also send you the link by email or SMS, or on WhatsApp if you asked for WhatsApp updates.
7. Gifts
If you send a box as a gift, the parcel carries your gift message and no price. Your GST invoice is sent to you, the buyer, not to the recipient. Please make sure the recipient's address and phone number are correct, and that they will be available to receive it.
8. Damaged or tampered parcels
If the outer packaging looks damaged or opened, you may refuse delivery, or accept it and note the damage with the courier. Either way, please tell us within 72 hours with photos, and we will send a free replacement or refund you, as you choose. See our Cancellation, return and refund policy.
9. Delays
If your order has not arrived by the latest date shown at checkout, you can cancel it for a full refund, even though it has been dispatched. If a delay is caused by events outside our control, such as floods, strikes or a courier network shutdown, we will tell you as soon as we know, and you can still choose to cancel for a full refund.
10. If delivery fails
The courier normally tries more than once. If the parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was available, we will contact you. You can then choose either:
- to have it sent again (any extra delivery charge is shown to you before you pay it); or
- a refund of what you paid, less only the delivery charge you paid at checkout, if there was one.
11. Questions
