Terms of use
Version 1, effective 5 Oct 2026
This version takes effect on 5 Oct 2026
In short: The basic rules for using this website and the partner dashboard: use it lawfully, keep your sign-in safe, and respect our name and content. Buying is covered separately by the Terms of sale.
This website is run by Mysuru Grandeur ("Mysuru Grandeur", "we", "us"), registered office [to be published]. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you buy from us, our Terms of sale also apply. If you are a partner, our Partner terms also apply.
1. What this website is for
You can use this website to learn about Mysuru Grandeur and Mysuru's crafts, buy our gift boxes, check whether a partner is genuine, contact us, and, if you are a partner, manage your partner account.
2. Your account
Partners and our staff sign in with a one-time code sent to their mobile number or email, or with Google. Customers don't need an account: your order page is reached through the private link we send you.
- Keep your sign-in codes and order links to yourself. We will never ask you for a one-time code by phone or message.
- You are responsible for what is done through your account. If you think someone else has used it, tell us straight away at [to be published].
3. Using the website properly
Please don't:
- use the website for anything unlawful, fraudulent or misleading;
- pretend to be someone else, or create accounts for other people without their permission;
- try to get into parts of the website or data that aren't meant for you, or test its security without our written permission;
- copy content in bulk, scrape it automatically, or overload the website; or
- upload anything harmful, such as viruses, or anything you don't have the right to share.
If someone breaks these rules, we may suspend their access. Partners are covered by the suspension steps in the Partner terms.
4. Our name and content
The Mysuru Grandeur name, crest, photographs, text and design of this website belong to us or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy them for any other purpose, or use our name in a way that suggests we endorse you, without our written permission. Partners may use our materials as their Partner terms allow.
Some boxes contain products made by other makers. We mention them by name only to describe what is in the box. Their names and trade marks belong to their owners, and mentioning them does not mean they endorse us.
5. Information on the website
We work to keep product details, prices and stories about Mysuru's heritage accurate and up to date. Product details required by law appear on each product page, and our Terms of sale explain what happens if a product isn't as described. Our heritage stories are for general interest.
6. Links to other websites
We may link to other websites, such as courier tracking pages or the National Consumer Helpline. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
7. Availability
We try to keep the website available at all times, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Nothing you have already paid for is affected: we will complete your order or refund you.
8. Responsibility
We are responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of our failing to take reasonable care in running this website. These terms don't limit any liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, or your rights as a consumer.
9. Privacy
How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy notice.
10. Law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mysuru, Karnataka have jurisdiction, but nothing here takes away your right as a consumer to approach a Consumer Commission where you live or work.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Questions: [to be published] or WhatsApp [to be published]. Complaints: see Grievance redressal.
