Commission and rewards rules
Version 1, effective 5 Oct 2026
This version takes effect on 5 Oct 2026
In short: How commission, payouts, tiers, targets, streaks, leaderboards, milestones, festival boosts and partner referrals work. Every reward is based only on genuine sales, never on luck, and the current rules are listed at the end of this page.
This page explains, in plain language, how you earn as a Mysuru Grandeur partner. It is part of your Partner terms. The general rules come first. The rewards that are running right now, with their exact targets and amounts, are listed at the end of this page.
1. Commission on every sale
- You earn a percentage of the Net Order Value: what the customer paid for the boxes, excluding GST, delivery charges and refunds.
- The standard rate is 10%. Some boxes have their own rate. Your dashboard shows the rupee amount for each box before you sell it.
- If a customer linked to you buys again without a partner's code, you earn the full commission again.
- If another partner sells to a customer linked to you, the commission is shared: 70% to the partner who made the sale and 30% to you. The total does not change.
- The link to a customer lasts 3 years from their most recent order. The full table of who earns in each situation is in section 6 of the Partner terms.
2. When commission becomes payable
| Stage | What it means |
|---|---|
| Pending | The customer has paid. We are preparing or delivering the order. |
| Payable | Delivered, and 7 days have passed with no cancellation or return. It will be in your next payout. |
| Paid | Sent to your bank or UPI, with a transaction reference (UTR). |
| Reversed | The order was cancelled, returned or refunded before the commission was paid. |
The waiting period covers the time customers have to report damage. If a courier never confirms delivery, the commission becomes payable a fixed number of days after payment, so it is never stuck.
3. Payouts
- We pay every Monday, by UPI or bank transfer, only to your own verified account.
- The minimum payout is ₹100. Smaller amounts carry forward. On the last payout of each month we pay any balance of ₹1 or more.
- Tax is deducted as the law requires: 2% once your commission in a financial year passes ₹20,000, or 20% without a PAN. Add your PAN before your year's commission reaches ₹15,000, or payouts will be held until you do.
- Confirm each payout in your dashboard. If you don't respond within 7 days, it counts as received.
4. What counts as a sale for rewards
A sale counts towards streaks, targets, tiers, leaderboards and milestones only if:
- the customer has paid, and the order has not been cancelled or returned;
- it was credited to you: either you made the sale, or your linked customer reordered without another partner's code. In a shared sale, the sale counts for the partner who made it;
- it is not a purchase for yourself, your household or your own business; and
- it meets any minimum order value set for the programme.
Stars. Some rewards count stars instead of boxes. Each box carries a number of stars shown in your dashboard; larger boxes carry more. This keeps things fair between partners who sell different boxes.
Dates and times follow Indian Standard Time. A day runs from midnight to midnight and a week from Monday to Sunday. Quarters are January to March, April to June, July to September and October to December, and a year runs from January to December. (Tax years are different: they run from April to March.)
5. Tiers
Tiers add extra percentage points to your commission rate for the period, based on your sales in a month or quarter. The extra points apply to new sales from the moment you reach the tier. The tier names, thresholds and extra points are listed at the end of this page.
6. Targets (quests)
A target pays a fixed bonus when you reach a set number of sales, boxes or stars in a day, week, month or quarter. Where a target has several steps, you receive the bonus for the highest step you reach; the steps do not add up. Some targets pay an extra bonus when you reach them in several periods in a row.
7. Streaks
A daily streak counts consecutive days on which you make a qualifying sale. Bonuses are paid when the streak reaches the lengths listed below. Where a rule allows a rest day, one day off in each Monday-to-Sunday week does not break your streak.
8. Leaderboards (top partners)
- Leagues. Partners are ranked against similar partners: Guides & drivers, Hotels & homestays, and Shops & restaurants. Each leaderboard says which league it covers.
- Periods. Leaderboards can run for a day, week, month, quarter or year. Each states what it measures (sales value, boxes or stars) and the reward for each place.
- Minimum. You must reach the published minimum to win a place, so nobody wins a quiet day with one box.
- Ties. Partners with exactly the same result share the rank, and each receives the full reward for that rank.
- Provisional standings. Rankings during a period are live but provisional. Final results are settled 7 days after the period ends, once cancellations and returns are known. Rewards are paid in the next payout after that.
- Prize pools. Some leaderboards pay from a pool that grows with the league's total sales, within a stated minimum and maximum. The split between places is published in advance.
- Your name. Other partners see your first name, initial and area on a leaderboard only if you switch that on in your profile. Otherwise you appear as "A partner". Your earnings are never shown to other partners.
9. Milestones
Milestones are one-time bonuses as your lifetime sales grow, starting with your first sale. Some first-sale bonuses apply only if you reach them within a stated number of days of being verified.
10. Festival boosts
During special periods such as Dasara, a boost adds extra percentage points to your commission rate between two published dates. Boosts and tiers are added to your normal rate. The extra points apply to orders paid within the boost dates.
11. Refer a partner
- If you introduce a new partner, you can receive a one-time bonus. It is paid only after the new partner is verified and completes the stated number of genuine sales within the stated time.
- Nothing is paid for a sign-up alone, and the number of referral bonuses each quarter is capped.
- You never earn any share of another partner's commission. The programme has one level only.
12. Fair play
- Quality check. If, over the last 30 days, the share of your orders that were cancelled or returned goes above the limit set for the programme, new bonuses and rewards pause until it comes back down. Your normal commission continues as usual.
- Fraud. Self-purchases, fake or split orders, using other people's phones to place orders, or working with another partner to share customers are not allowed. Rewards earned that way are cancelled, and the Partner code of conduct applies.
- No luck involved. Every reward is decided only by measurable sales results. There are no lucky draws, no entry fees and no element of chance.
13. How rewards are paid and taxed
- Cash rewards are additional commission. They appear on your earnings statement, follow the same holding period, are paid in your normal payout, and are taxed like commission.
- If a reward is given in kind (for example, a gift or a trip), we pay any tax the law requires on it, so you receive it in full.
- Recognition-only rewards, such as "Star of the Day", carry no cash.
14. Changes to the rules
- New rewards and changes in your favour can start at any time.
- Changes that are less favourable to you (lower rates, higher targets, smaller rewards, ending a programme early) take effect only after 15 days' notice in your dashboard and by WhatsApp or email.
- A period that has already started always runs to the end on the rules published when it began.
- No change ever reduces commission or rewards you have already earned.
15. Questions
If a reward is missing or looks wrong, raise it within 30 days at /support or from your dashboard. We reply within 15 days with our reasons.
A Kannada version of these rules is available on request. Write to [to be published] or message us on WhatsApp at [to be published].
